Today's Hardinge 16C collet is the result of over 100 years of experience in serving the needs of the machining industry. The Hardinge 16C collet is manufactured to exacting standards from special alloy steel. Threads are heat treated and the body is spring tempered to assure accuracy and durability at low cost. Hardinge 16C Collets offer a through-capacity up to and including 1-5/8 inch round 1-3/8 inch hexagon and 1-3/16 inch square. The 16C collet includes precision internal threads for the Hardinge threaded positive stops.
